Why is there a limit on featured spots?

One-time boosts share 50 spots at a time, so featured domains stay visible. Portfolio slots are guaranteed and don't count against that limit.

What if I feature a domain that's already featured?

The new days are added to whatever time is left.

What happens if my domain sells?

Mark it sold when you edit the listing. On a Portfolio plan, you can swap another domain into its slot.
