Add one TXT record to your DNS. We check it, and the listing goes live. We re-check daily, so stale listings drop off the grid.

Buyers message you directly with offers. Close the deal through escrow and transfer at your registrar.

The TXT record

Host _doi-verify (or @), value domain-of-influence-verify=<your token>. You'll find your token on the verification screen after you add a domain.
